Diversity Training ProgramsThe Pike Company is committed to helping small, minority, and women owned business enterprises grow their potential.
 

The Pike Company launched a proactive program entitled “Steps to Success” to develop the relationships and skill sets of our small, minority and women owned business partners. Pike's goal is to assist in the development and success of these firms and the individuals within the firms to create a win-win situation for the firms as well as ourselves and the owners we work with. Not only has this allowed us all to understand the individual strengths and capabilities of these firms, but has also allowed us to work together, assisting in the long-term development that will allow these relationships to be successful into the future.
 

Our program provides specific training in the following areas: Proper Job Site Safety; Quality Control; Productivity; Cost Control and Cash Flow Management; Project History Through Daily Reports; Certified Payroll and Monthly Utilization Procedures; Document Control; Project Coordination Through Job Site Meetings; Project Billing via Industry Standard AlA Documents; Request for Information Procedures; Change Management; Punch List Procedures and Completion; and Project Close Out.
 

All instruction is available from our seasoned professional throughout our courses and is of no cost to the participants. Participation in our program has been phenomenal with hundreds of businesses completing the eight-session course throughout the Northeast.
