Pike provided construction management services for the new two-story, wood frame, 55,000 square foot proprietary healthcare facility with 84 residence rooms. The structure was designed to be a type 5B, wood-framed, two-story senior citizen housing. The exterior is brick veneer and vinyl siding with an architectural shingle roof, vinyl-clad windows, and trim to provide a high-quality residential look. The site includes parking and roadways, allowing ample room for aesthetically pleasing landscaping, a pond, gardens and lawns. The interior of the buildings consists of resident rooms, open dining room with full service kitchen, several lounges, and other amenities emphasizing a quality living atmosphere.
