The Pike Company provided construction management services for the 100,000-square-foot retail/office structure located at the corner of Broadway and Congress Street in Saratoga Springs, New York. This $14 million structure expanded the street scapes renewal of the western side of Broadway to Congress Park. The building consists of five floors with six retail tenants on the first floor and corporate offices on floors two through five. The fifth floor office space opens to fourth floor terraces providing views of Congress Street.
