The building included caisson work, foundations, structural steel, brick veneer and rock cast, large window walls, roofing, elevators, drywall and metal studs as well as MEPs. The Pike Company self-performed concrete and masonry work on the project. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used for mechanical and as-built work.
