Pike provided construction management at risk services for a new five-story parking facility to accommodate approximately 1,200 vehicles for the SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital and the construction of a 250-foot pedestrian bridge that connects the new garage to the adjacent hospital. The pedestrian bridge was built over East Adams Street, the busiest street in Syracuse.
